This week McKinsey Research announced that 15 million US employees have left their roles since April 2021. The article discusses how companies are frantically trying to solve the problem by offering bonuses and financial incentives, but thats not the problem. The issue is people want to belong, feel part of the vision and connect in-person.

This shocking news comes on the back of the Microsoft Workplace Index published in April which surveyed 30,000 people and found that 67% of employees "craved in-person" connections.
