Where to Meet allows planners to easily compare the cost of hosting meetings in any city around the world, including flight pricing, hotel sleeping rooms, and related meeting room costs. Using AI, the platform automatically makes new destination recommendations where lower cost and lower emission options exist, while embedding corporate travel policy and applying business class fares where required.

The integration also provides access to credible climate contribution options, including Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and a curated portfolio of high-quality climate projects.
