API and AI, you can’t have one without the other
We are excited about AI and already deploying and building new AI centric solutions.
AI is certainly going to revolutionise how we work in general as well as meeting planning but without API’s it’s never going to provide the full end to end solution. There are lot’s of AI solutions out there that give you nicely packaged results for your query but most lack the full transactional end point to actually book.
We are aggressively adding more hotel and venue API integrations in Q1 and feel it’s the perfect foundation to layer our new AI search, comparison and booking solutions around.
The leveraging of API’s with AI is the perfect combination to transform our sector, both rely on each other to deliver the perfect solution.
